Does The K-1357 Devonshire Whirlpool Have Room On The Deck For A Faucet?

Unfortunatley, no. The rim on the deck of the Devonshire is too narrow for a deck mount faucet installation.

Along the apron, the width of the deck is 3 3/8", along the wall the width is 2 7/8".

It is necessary to build a deck around/under the whirlpool and mount the faucet or add a wall mount faucet.
